How to make : Pizza in the pan with Alici in Salsa Rizzoli
Put the flour in a bowl with the yeast, salt, sugar and pour in the water, starting to knead. Last pour in the oil and mix until you have a smooth, fairly sticky dough. Let rise in a covered bowl until doubled. This will take in a couple of hours. Oil a 30×40 cm baking pan and roll out the dough with your hands. Cover with a tea towel and let rise another half hour.
Season the tomato puree with salt, oil, and oregano, mix, and spread it over the surface of the pizza and bake at 250°, preheated oven, for 7 minutes on the lowest part of the oven, then continue cooking for another 5 minutes moving to the center of the oven.
Meanwhile, whisk the parsley with the garlic, capers, salt and oil.
When the pizza is cooked, take it out and spread the parsley sauce and Alici in Salsa Rizzoli, taking care to shake the package to mix well the sauce that you will put on top of the Alici.
