1 package Tuna in a can with olive oil
4 slices Toast bread
to taste Extra virgin olive oil
1 Avocado
to taste Mustard
to taste Dried tomatoes

Process
How to make :
Club sandwich with tuna, avocado and sun-dried tomatoes
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and, with the help of a teaspoon, gently scoop out the pulp. Cut the avocado into thin slices.
If you wish, you can lightly toast the bread slices to make them crispier.
Spread a slice of bread with a thin layer of mustard. Add the drained tuna bites, sun-dried tomatoes and avocado slices.
Cover with the other slice of bread and press lightly to compact it.
Serve your club sandwich immediately, fresh and tasty.
