How to make : Seared prawns, black garlic mayonnaise and Anchovies in Rizzoli Sauce
1. Quickly saute shrimp.
2. Whisk a small piece of black garlic into mayonnaise.
3. Arrange on a gourmet spoon: drop mayonnaise → shrimp → 1 fillet of Anchovies in Rizzoli Sauce → herbs.
