Seared prawns, black garlic mayonnaise and Anchovies in Rizzoli Sauce

  • 200 g Fresh shrimp (or prawns)
  • 1 package Anchovies in Sauce Rizzoli
  • 1 Black garlic
  • 1 Mayonnaise (homemade or good basic)
  • to taste Micro herbette or dill

Process

How to make : Seared prawns, black garlic mayonnaise and Anchovies in Rizzoli Sauce
    1. Quickly saute shrimp.
    2. Whisk a small piece of black garlic into mayonnaise.
    3. Arrange on a gourmet spoon: drop mayonnaise → shrimp → 1 fillet of Anchovies in Rizzoli Sauce → herbs.
