• Cut the avocado in half, deprive it of the core and with the help of a spoon, dig it in the center, removing the pulp, keep aside.
• In a bowl chop the tuna, add the parsley, the tomatoes and the avocado pulp, mix well, to obtain a homogeneous mixture, add salt and pepper.
• Stuff the central part of a piadina with half of the avocado and tuna mixture, fold one side of the piadina to cover the initial part of the filling, fold now the two upper sides so as to overlap slightly with the part already folded, rolled up the piadina for the short side, close well and wrap in food foil, let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
• After the rest time, take up the wrap, cut it in half and enjoy it.
