Mixed greens salad with Grilled Mackerel
Ingredients for 4 servings
• 200g salad (fresh mixed greens, heart of lettuce, radicchio)
• 250g Rizzoli Grilled mackerel in Olive Oil
• 100g fresh raspberry
• A handful of aromatic herbs (baby onion, chervil, mint)
• Extra virgin olive oil, 1 lemon, salt
Preparation
• Clean and cut the various types of salad in a bowl, add the raspberries.
• Dress with extra virgin olive oil, salt and lemon juice, gently tossing.
• Drain the mackerel and cut in pieces on top of the salad. Sprinkle with aromatic herbs.
