THE SECRET OF THE TASTE


We are the oldest Italian fish preserves company.
What is the secret? Raw materials, processing, preservation, experience.

In the kitchen

We have created a whole line of excellent products, specialities for real gourmands: anchovies, tuna, mackerels, ready-to-eat grilled dishes, also in organic extra virgin olive oil. To bring to the table a sea of flavour.


We decided to do it in the best way: we grill the fillets one by one on both sides, just as you would do at home


Did you know that tuna and mackerel can be grilled in different ways?


Because only after a period ranging from 4 to 6 months they turn red, juicy and tasty


Why do we devote so much time to anchovies’ maturation?


Because our supply chain is controlled from the sea to the table and we use an independent board to certify it


Do you know why you can discover the history of each one of our products?


Because our Pink Tuna Fillets are steamed: they remain firm and keep the right degree of moist.


Do you know why there is no water at the bottom of our jars of tuna?
