Croutons with Anchovies in Spicy Sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings

• 4 slices of Tuscan bread
• 250g buffalo mozzarella
• 200g Pachino tomatoes
• 4 fillets Rizzoli Anchovies in Spicy Sauce
• 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
• pickled capers

Preparation

Cut the bread as you like and toast it.

Cut the mozzarella in dices and the Pachino tomatoes in small pieces.

Mix mozzarella and tomatoes together with the anchovies in spicy sauce.

Put the mixture on the croutons and add the anchovy fillets in spicy sauce, decorate with the capers.

Season with the chopped parsley.
