Preparation
• Cut the bread as you like and toast it.
• Cut the mozzarella in dices and the Pachino tomatoes in small pieces.
• Mix mozzarella and tomatoes together with the anchovies in spicy sauce.
• Put the mixture on the croutons and add the anchovy fillets in spicy sauce, decorate with the capers.
• Season with the chopped parsley.
