Niçoise salad
Ingredients for 6 servings
• 12 Fillets Rizzoli Anchovies in olive oil
• 260gr fillets Rizzoli grilled tuna in olive oil
• 3 hard-boiled eggs
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• Curly endive
• Black olives
• Onion
• Toasted bread
• Wine vinegar
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Salt
Preparation
• Prepare a vinaigrette by mixing together vinegar, salt, 1 tablespoon of mustard and oil, then pour it on the bottom of the salad bowl.
• Cut the salad, then add the boiled eggs cut into quarters, the fillets of anchovies in oil, the olives and the tuna cut in pieces.
• Toss and serve with dices of toasted rustic bread.
