Niçoise salad

Ingredients for 6 servings

• 12 Fillets Rizzoli Anchovies in olive oil
• 260gr fillets Rizzoli grilled tuna in olive oil
• 3 hard-boiled eggs
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• Curly endive
• Black olives
• Onion
• Toasted bread
• Wine vinegar
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Salt

Preparation

Prepare a vinaigrette by mixing together vinegar, salt, 1 tablespoon of mustard and oil, then pour it on the bottom of the salad bowl.

Cut the salad, then add the boiled eggs cut into quarters, the fillets of anchovies in oil, the olives and the tuna cut in pieces.

Toss and serve with dices of toasted rustic bread.
