Ingredients for 4 servings

• 4 red Treviso-style radicchio leaves
• 4 fillets Rizzoli Anchovies in Spicy Sauce
• 100g sweet Gorgonzola cheese

Preparation

Clean 4 round red Treviso-style radicchio leaves.

Fill with the Gorgonzola cheese and place the 4 anchovy fillets on the top.

Lastly, just to make them even more enticing, dribble on the top some the left over sauce.
