Delicate and tasty anchovy fillets with 25% less salt compared to the classic anchovy fillets, they are preserved in organic seed oil to enhance their natural flavour.

We considered the top 10 ANCHOVY FILLETS in oil, which account for 25.8% of the market volume, excluding private labels (source: Nielsen, Market Track service, volume data, Distribuzione Moderna, AT 31/12/2018). Calculating the arithmetic mean of the salt content in 100g of drained product of the SKUs considered, the resulting salt percentage was 13.7%. 100g of drained product of Le Alici Dolci and Le Rustiche Rizzoli of the Freschi line contain 9.5% salt.
The comparison was made on 29 April 2019.
